Rationale for the New Pricing Structure

To support these advancements and continue improving our services, PoolTrac will implement a new pricing structure effective July 1st, 2024. This change is essential to ensure we can maintain and expand these enhancements, providing you with top-notch tools and features to grow your business efficiently.

New Pricing Structure Details

  • $1.00 per Location Serviced: Whether you visit a location once or 30 times a month, the fee is just $1.00 per location each month.
  • No Service, No Charge: Locations not visited in a month won’t incur any charges.
  • Minimum Monthly Fee: A minimum of $30.00 to ensure all our clients benefit from our ongoing enhancements and support.

Examples of the New Pricing

To provide clarity, here are some examples of how the new pricing would work for different customer scenarios:

  1. Visiting 100 Unique Pools in a Month:
    • Your bill would be $100 for the month.
    • Example: If you service 100 different pools, you pay $1 per pool, totaling $100.
  2. Visiting Less than 30 Unique Pools in a Month:
    • Your bill would be the monthly minimum of $30.
    • Example: If you service 25 different pools, the cost would be $25, but you will pay the minimum fee of $30.
  3. Visiting the Same Pool Multiple Times:
    • The cost remains $1 per unique pool per month.
    • Example: If you visit the same pool 1000 times in a month, you still only pay $1 for that pool.
