🧩 New Responsive Settings Card Layout
The Settings Page now features a modern card-based layout with rollover descriptions for every option. You can quickly preview what each setting controls before opening it, reducing clicks and improving discoverability. The design adapts beautifully across all devices — desktop, tablet, or mobile.
📊 Redesigned Report Center
The Report Center has received the same visual refresh with rollover descriptions for each report type. Finding and generating reports is now clearer and more efficient, allowing you to focus on insights rather than searching through lists.
📧 New “On the Way” Email Notifications
Building on our existing TXT notification system, we’ve added a new Email Notification option for “On the Way” alerts. Your clients can now receive real-time updates by email as your team heads to their location — improving communication and transparency.
🗺️ Route Optimization from Pool Assignment Screen
You can now run Full Route Optimization directly from the Pool Assignment Screen — no need to navigate elsewhere. Add new locations or select from your existing list and optimize your team’s day in seconds.
🖼️ Enhanced Record Editing with Data & Photo Tabs
All Log Records, Service Calls, and Work Orders now feature a clean tabbed layout separating Data and Photos. This organization makes record management faster and easier to navigate, with less scrolling and clearer grouping.
📸 Improved Photo Management
Photo handling has been completely reworked. You can now:
- Upload by browsing or drag-and-drop directly into the record.
- Delete photos when no longer needed.
- Instantly preview images before modifying.
These updates bring modern file management convenience to every record.
🖨️ Simplified Print Record Options
We’ve redesigned Print Record Options for cleaner formatting, better browser compatibility, and simplified printing workflows. Now it’s easier to share or archive your records in just a few clicks.
⚙️ Consistent Filter & Sort Header Bar
The Pool Account Status Screen now uses the same Filter and Sort Header Bar found throughout other updated pages, bringing a unified, familiar interface for quick searches, filtering, and data organization.
🔒 Password Strength Indicator
We’ve added real-time visual feedback during password changes, showing exactly when your new password meets security requirements. This helps you create stronger passwords and enhances overall account security.
📨 Resend Photo Notes Reports
You can now Resend Photo Notes directly from the Record Menu. Add one or more email addresses and quickly resend a customer their report — no re-entry or duplication needed.
🗺️ Updated Live Check-In Map
The Live Check-In Map now provides more detailed stop information, giving better visibility into your team’s movements and work progress in real time.
